I adopt the naturopathic approach and treat everyone’s unique situation according to his/her individual requirements. The consultation always involves a thorough examination of the client’s total lifestyle as well an in-depth physical investigation of his body systems as required and appropriate. If required, body works and energy medicine or other mind/body healing is also recommended. Adopting a holistic approach that attempts at investigating the root cause (rather than relying on symptoms), I look at the total well-being of my client: physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual).
In addition to herbs & supplements - nutritional and lifestyle advice/recommendations are always given to help the healing process.
